Floor plans are an invaluable marketing tool for estate agents keen to win more instructions and sell more property, for sellers to show off the layout and orientation of their home to best advantage and for buyers as an aide after viewings. Floor plans are no longer thought of as a luxury - they are an integral component for brochures, websites, window displays and all digital platforms. We have a range of floor plans to meet every budget and requirement.
We offer:
Standard Floor Plan - Black and White with standard room measurements & gross internal area
Premium Floor Plan - as the standard but coloured, North point & scaled
Sketch & scan - you can survey the property*, sketch up the plan by hand with dimensions, scan and email to use and we'll convert this to a final CAD drawing for you
Standard site plan - Ground Floor Plan in context to the site & approx site area
Location Plan - marked up street map or Ordnance Survey style
3D Floor Plan - 3D view of the floor plan with basic rendering
Technical Plans - Black and White with room and dimensions together with basic service locations (electrics, water & gas), Floor to Ceiling heights & window sizes
License Plans - Black and White scaled drawing with location of required fire provisions noted and associated key
We can also offer a standard photography package to Clients.
